Trading Terms

Ordering

Goods are ordered from Xeecom by adding the desired goods to the website’s basket function. The customer is led through the ordering process from the basket, which includes adding customer information and payment. After one of our employees has checked and approved the order, an invoice is sent to the same e-mail address.

NB: Xeecom does not take any responsibility for missing information resulting from an invalid e-mail address.
 

Prices

All prices include 25% VAT and freight. The prices are given in DKK in the Danish shop and in Euros in the English and German shops, unless otherwise stated.

The prices are subject to printing errors, price changes, unsold goods, duty changes, exchange rate changes and force majeure. The prices are only valid in the EU, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Manuals

Manuals are enclosed with all our products. The manuals can also be downloaded from the website for the respective products. Note that all the products can include a Danish, German and English manuals.

Payment by bank transfer (Denmark)

If the payment is made by bank transfer, the total amount shall be transferred to our account. Remember to give the order number with the transfer request. We do not charge for bank transfer. (Attention is drawn to the fact that the bank can have a fee.) We start to handle your order when we have registered the payment.

Delivery

All goods to Denmark and the EU are shipped free of charge. Postage cost of 0 DKK/EURO is given before the final order. Goods which are in stock will normally be shipped 2-3 days after the order has been placed. If a product is not in stock, but is available in the shop, Xeecom will give notification of the delivery date via support @ ventusdesign.com  

Sales to other countries

We willingly accept orders from other countries via the English or Danish shop. The prices here are in Euros and also include 25% VAT and freight.

Cancellation right

You have 14 days to cancel the order in accordance with the Consumer Act. The deadline is calculated from the day that the goods are handed over to you as the customer. The cancellation right can only be used if the product is in the same condition and amount as at the time of delivery. If the product has been used, the cancellation right can only be applied if the use has not led to a deterioration of the product’s sales value. Note that if purchased software is used or the seal is broken, the right to cancellation is annulled.

Using the cancellation right within the first 14 days

If you want to cancel your order before we have shipped your goods, send us an e-mail at support @ ventusdesign.com including the order no., name, postal address and bank information so that we can reimburse the amount within 30 days.

After the products have been shipped, you can cancel the purchase by returning the product in its original packaging.

Remember to enclose a copy of the invoice as documentation that the product was purchased at Xeecom. You will have to pay for any costs incurred in returning the product. Remember to enclose bank information so that we can reimburse the whole amount within 30 days.

Note:

We will not accept any returned goods which are sent by cash on delivery, without postage, or in cases where we have not been informed beforehand.

Claims right

All products have a 2-year claims right (not guarantee). Any claim about defects or shortcomings for delivered products shall be sent to Xeecom within a reasonable period, otherwise the Customer loses his right to plead the shortcoming.

 

Claims are to be sent by e-mail to support @ ventusdeign.com with an adequate description of the defect. You will then be informed about whether and how the product shall be repaired. If a claim is made for a product and it is sent to be repaired and it is concluded that the product is not defected (manufacture and material defect covered by the claims right), the customer will be invoiced for the freight and wages for the work to a value of 300 DKK or 40 Euros.

 

If the defect is a result of damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly resulting from wrong service, bad maintenance, violence or unauthorised intervention, it will not be covered by the claims right. DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT TO US BEFORE A CLAIM HAS BEEN SENT TO support @ ventusdesign.com AND AN ANSWER ABOUT HOW TO PROCEED HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

Packages sent without postage or as cash on delivery will not be accepted. If the product is broken when it arrives due to bad packaging etc., the product will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

If, contrary to expectations, a manufacturing defect becomes apparent within 2 years, the customer must send the product in for repair at the customer’s expense. Xeecom will repair the product free of charge and will pay the postage to return it to the customer. DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT TO US BEFORE A CLAIM HAS BEEN SENT TO support @ ventusdesign.com AND AN ANSWER ABOUT HOW TO PROCEED HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

Personal Data Policy

Objective.

The aim of our personal data policy is to explain how Xeecom obtains, uses and protects personal information. Xeecom respects confidentiality of personal information, and we aim to protect yours, regardless of where this information was obtained.

Personal information covers all information which can be used to identify a person, e.g. first name and surname, address, e-mail address or other information about the customer’s private residence or place of work.

What information is collected?

Xeecom requires certain personal data in order to deliver orders. This includes name, postal address and e-mail address which are necessary for an order. In addition, a number of other non obligatory information can be given in order to improve the website’s service.

Who is the personal information given to?

Personal information given to Xeecom is not forwarded to a third party; it is only used for the delivery of goods and for communication between Xeecom and the customer.

How is the personal information obtained?

Personal information is filled in the order form.

How long is personal information kept?

Personal information is kept for approx. 5 years for accounts purposes etc.
